At VivaVintage, we offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your vintage clothing purchases arrive safely and on time. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We take great care in packaging your items to prevent any damage during transit. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order before shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage clothing purchase from VivaVintage. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at vivavintage2008@gmail.com or message directly through website with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn and with tags attached, in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
